	Store Manager After entering your single or multi-store license key, your first step in setting up ShopInvoice involves completing the fields in the store manager. The ShopInvoice store manager provides you with one simple location that remembers all of the information about your Miva Merchant store including telephone numbers, address information, email and FTP settings, and other configuration options that are specific to your business.
	Template Manager Your next step is to choose an invoice template. You can choose from any of the professionally designed, royalty-free invoice and packing slip templates included with ShopInvoice, or customize your own templates to fit your needs. When you edit a template with ShopInvoice, the template automatically opens in your preferred HTML editing application, such as Microsoft Word, or Adobe GoLive where you can insert clip-art, logos, change fonts, and enjoy unlimited creative freedom.
	Edit a Template Sporting the most advanced template system for Miva Merchant users on the market today, ShopInvoice takes HTML templates to the next level. Editing an invoice, packing slip, or label template is as simple as using your favorite HTML editing application. But it goes far beyond that. Want a custom graphic or clip-art item in your template? Simply insert your graphic and ShopInvoice will intelligently ensure all graphic files are in the correct location, saving you hours of frustration.
	Options Manager The options manager gives you the tools to manage your data as you work. After choosing your default template, you can use the options manager to define automatic tasks that will be performed throughout specific stages in the order-fulfillment process. You can easily configure ShopInvoice to automatically hide processed orders from your view, whether it be after printing an invoice, emailing and invoice, or printing labels. By hiding orders, ShopInvoice simplifies the order view and allows you to more easily work with new or unprocessed orders.
	Download Orders Once you have configured ShopInvoice, you can begin taking advantage of all its time and money saving features. When you are ready to get your orders from Miva Merchant, simply click the conveniently located "Download" button on the main screen and type in your FTP username and password. All of your new orders will be available at your fingertips thanks to ShopInvoice's easy-to-use integrated FTP tools.
	Main Order View After downloading orders, you can work with them in the main order view. The main order view provides you with all of your order information, in an easy-to-read customizable column view. You can effortlessly select orders by dragging your mouse across the grid and with a simple right click you will be presented with a menu full of time saving tasks. Whether it be saving an invoice to a file, instantly sending an email invoice or packing slip to a customer, or printing Internet postage, ShopInvoice gives you the power you need to rapidly fulfill orders.
	Print Invoices To print an invoice or packing slip with ShopInvoice, simply select the orders you want to print from the main order view and select the print invoice command. Within seconds, you will have professional looking invoices and packing slips that are sure to make a positive impression with your customers. ShopInvoice's print preview feature allows you to see one or all orders before printing, helping to reduce paper costs.
	Email Invoices With full featured email support, ShopInvoice gives you the flexibility to email professional looking invoices and packing slips to the ship-to, bill-to, or an arbitrary email address that you can specify on-the-fly. All emails sent from ShopInvoice include both graphic and text-only version in the same email for full reading compatibility with any email software.
	Edit an Invoice ShopInvoice works seamlessly with your favorite HTML editing application to provide you with the most advanced tools possible for editing your invoices and packing slips. Want to indicate that an item is back ordered? Want to highlight a specific item, or maybe add a personalized note to your customer? Anything you can do in HTML or with your favorite HTML editing program, such as Microsoft Word or Adobe GoLive, you can do quickly and easily through ShopInvoice.
	Advanced Labeling Features One of the biggest requests from Miva Merchant users is an easy way to print shipping labels for their orders. The advanced labeling features of ShopInvoice dramatically cut labor costs and quickly begin saving you money. With included templates for all standard Avery Label types, and DYMO Label Printer support, printing labels is as simple as selecting your orders and clicking a button. And if for some reason your label sheet type is not included, you can easliy create your own with ShopInvoice. With ShopInvoice there's no need to waste perfectly good labels due to partially used label sheets. It's fast and easy to select the exact column and row you want to begin printing labels in. Just point and click where you want to begin - it's that simple.
	UPS WorldShip Export Copying and pasting information is a time consuming and error ridden process that Miva Merchant users have dealt with for years. With ShopInvoice, getting your order information to UPS Online WorldShip software is incredibly easy. There is no need to worry about manually making complex data maps in WorldShip. ShopInvoice simplifies the task to a few clicks. Select your orders, and export to WorldShip. ShopInvoice will automatically create all necessary WorldShip maps, export your data, and instantly open the WorldShip software in a matter of seconds - eliminating the possibility of data entry mistakes.
	Print Internet Postage With Endicia ShopInvoice tightly integrates with Endicia DAZzle to provide Miva Merchant users with an easy-to-use interface for printing Internet Postage. Simply select your orders, set your desired USPS service type, and click the process button. Within seconds, you will have USPS approved Internet postage that will quickly print to your favorite inkjet, laser, or label printer.
	Export to Stamps.com to Print Internet Postage ShopInvoice's Stamps.com export feature provides Miva Merchant customers with a quick and easy way to create an address file that can be quickly imported into the Stamps.com address book for fast selection of shipping addresses.
	Download USPS Labels Built into every copy of ShopInvoice is tight integration with the U.S. Postal Service. You can print valid USPS labels and barcodes directly from within ShopInvoice. With e/USPS services and ShopInvoice, you minimize entry errors, reduce wait time at the post office, and save money with each package shipped.
	Track USPS Packages Whether you are using USPS labels or ShopInvoice's built-in Endicia Internet postage support, ShopInvoice puts order tracking at your fingertips. There is no longer a need to open a web browser and cut and paste tracking numbers. Simply select the desired orders to track, and right click.
