Special Order Instructions
This module allows your Miva Merchant store to request additional information from customers during checkout. You can display up to five different text boxes, checkboxes, or drop-down menus on any one of the three checkout screens. You can make them optional or mandatory. The customer's information is displayed on all subsequent checkout screens, as well as the emails to customer and merchant, and is saved in a database that you can view in Admin. The information can also be included in Truxoft emails and UltraBatch reports, or imported into other modules with OpenUI tokens. The module has tokens for use in the Viking Phone Order Manager and Other Page Templates.

Checkout This
Checkout This displays information to your customers during checkout. You define one or more messages that can be triggered by various conditions: shipping, payment, specific products in basket, customized conditions using OpenUI tokens, or combinations of all the above. The messages are displayed on a separate page, and the user must click the Continue button to proceed with checkout. You can optionally remove the Continue button to create "dead end" pages that prevent the customer from completing their purchase. You can also (with the Special Order Instructions module, available separately) collect additional information from your customers, by displaying a text box, checkbox, or drop-down menu with any message. The module has HTML templates for customizing the display. It is compatible with OpenUI, and with Copernicus Checkout and Shipping SuperMods.

DateSelect MM5
DateSelect will allows you to ask your customer to select a date. You can schedule a delivery date for instance. The selected date is automatically inserted into the Customer email and the Merchant email for confirmation. As an added feature, the module stores data inside a database and a flat file along with other order information so you don't have rely solely on email. Essentially, this is also an order history module.
DateSelect also allows to define "blackout days." You can disable constant days of the week, like Sunday. You can also designate certain days like holidays as blackout days.
