Runtime error in 4.1x/admin.mvc @ [0000000a:000000d2]: Line 1234: MvDO: Unable to open '/Merchant2/4.1x/MIVA_FUP00000001': File is either corrupt or not a valid compiled Miva Script file

This is Miva Merchant admin reporting that the module you are trying to install is NOT a compiled Miva Merchant Module. It could be that you are trying to upload the wrong file from the zip download, but more likely it's because you have the wrong version.

If you get this message it means you have a version 4.14 or later store. For that version you need a license key of the format:

XXXX-XXXXXXX-0C....

and the module file will have a .mvc extension.

If you experience this problem, many MivaCentral products have a free upgrade window, so instead of asking for support for this problem you may be able to use the Upgrade Center to get the version you need for free. Use your license key and check the right column ( Upgrades ). If not please contact MivaCentral Support for a license switch. Be sure to include your order number.
