The easiest way to find products at MivaCentral is to use the Search Function. Alternatively you can browse products by their grouping in appropriate categories detailed in the menu on the left. If you have very specific questions about individual products, we support you in contacting the developer directly by using the "Contact Developer" link on all product pages.

Support Policies

The MivaCentral purchasing and software delivery process is supported by MivaCentral.com. The products themselves are supported directly by the developer. The Contact information for each developer will include preferred methods of contact, and ocasionally a Support Alert.

MivaCentral will where necessary intervene on a customers behalf where a developer is not supplying satisfactory support.

Payment Methods and Security

MivaCentral.com accepts both Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We process your credit card in real time across a secure connection. We DO NOT store your credit card details to protect the security of your information. MivaCentral is owned and run by Miva Merchant. "MivaCentral.COM/INFO" will appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping Costs

All products are available for INSTANT download through our secure product delivery system free of charge. You can access this system by clicking on the link in checkout, or alternatively using the information included in your Order Confirmation Email.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on all order placed in the states of New York and California.

Refund Policy

MivaCentral.com understands that products are sometimes ordered in error, or do not meet expectations. In the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase and request a refund within 30 days, MivaCentral can issue it unless the request is in contradiction to the developers own refund policy. MivaCentral partners may refuse refund requests if they are outside of their refund policies. MivaCentral may request proof that a product has been uninstalled and is no longer in use, and will disable refunded license keys to stop future installation. Refunds of Developer Installation Charges are at the discretion of MivaCentral and its partner developers if the refund is requested AFTER installation takes place. MivaCentral reserve the right to refuse refunds if they believe that customers are engaged in license violations. You can find out more about our refund system here.

License Violation Policy

MivaCentral reserve the right to revoke all MivaCentral licenses of customers who have been found to violate any license agreements if requests to bring licensing into compliance are refused. Licence violations include the installation of products in multiple stores or on multiple domains without the required number of licenses. Licenses are automatically deemed void when violations occur and no refund will be given. MivaCentral partners reserve the right to include procedures within their installation processes which verify the validity of licenses and log installations.
